K0nsult CNC operates under the CODE NO CODE umbrella and provides AI agent consulting, governance frameworks, and technology infrastructure services. Our offerings include:
The specific scope of services is defined in individual agreements or service orders between K0nsult CNC and the client.
K0nsult provides two categories of services: (a) Consulting Services — advisory, audit, governance design, and training delivered by human-AI teams; (b) Platform Services — access to agent registry, monitoring dashboard, and automation tooling. These Terms apply to both categories. Specific service terms are defined in the applicable Statement of Work (SoW).
By accessing our website, submitting a contact form, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
All content on this website and within our services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, methodologies, frameworks, agent profiles, documentation, and code — is the property of K0nsult CNC / CODE NO CODE / 0n40i4 (Tomasz Obara) or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not, without our prior written consent:
All K0nsult frameworks, methodologies, templates, and documentation remain the intellectual property of K0nsult CNC. Client receives a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for internal purposes.
Ownership of deliverables created during client engagements is governed by the specific terms of the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, K0nsult CNC retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, tools, methodologies, and frameworks.
When using our services, you agree to:
K0nsult provides AI governance frameworks, documentation, consulting, and agent management services. Unless explicitly stated in a separate Service Order, services are provided "as is" without warranty of specific outcomes.
Our website and publicly available materials are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, K0nsult CNC, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of K0nsult CNC for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to K0nsult CNC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or EUR 500, whichever is greater.
Both parties agree to treat as confidential any non-public information received from the other party in connection with the services. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any engagement for a period of two (2) years.
Our collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described therein.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by K0nsult CNC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Monthly retainer services may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. One-time engagements are governed by their respective Service Orders. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Warsaw, Poland.
In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations within thirty (30) days of written notice.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent for the registered seat of K0nsult CNC in Poland.
Nothing in these Terms limits the rights of consumers under mandatory provisions of applicable law, including the right to pursue claims before the courts of their place of residence.
Client shall indemnify K0nsult against claims arising from Client's use of deliverables in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

In case of conflict between documents, the more specific document prevails. Enterprise Agreements take precedence over Service Orders, which take precedence over these Website Terms.
