ipIII Global Campaign — one message, every node at once

This document expands the GTM/viral strategy into a concrete execution plan: one consistent message launched in parallel across every targeted node worldwide within the same time window — instead of a series of local campaigns spread out over time. The research layer (Kernel 12 / ENVOIS) is deliberately absent here — that is a separate body of material, not mixed with corporate communication.

What this page is, and what it is not. This is a campaign plan — not a guarantee of reach or sales. "One message" means one consistent creative concept (tagline + creative vision + value message), not a declaration of purchased media or confirmed presence at every conference listed below. The numbers in the metrics section are targets to be reconciled after the wave, not a forecast. Any cooperation that benefits K0NSULT (reviewer, partner, affiliate) is explicitly disclosed in line with unfair commercial-practice rules (the Polish UOKiK regime) and disclosure guidance (FTC Endorsement Guides in the US jurisdiction).

1. One message (creative concept)

"Finding is not proof. Prove it."

One anchor tagline in two language variants, identical in meaning, published simultaneously across all nodes — with no local reinterpretation of meaning (only translation and the choice of regulatory example are permitted). Board-context extended variant: "From finding to verified Board Pack — worldwide."

ElementPLEN
Anchor tagline „Finding to nie dowód. Udowodnij to." "Finding is not proof. Prove it."
Extended variant „Od findingu ze skanera do zweryfikowanego pakietu dla zarządu — na całym świecie." "From finding to verified Board Pack — worldwide."
One value message ipIII connects a raw pentest/scanner/SOC output to evidence carrying a checksum and a change history (chain-of-custody), ready to present to the board, audit, and the regulator. This is decision-support, not an automated compliance ruling or an expert legal opinion.

Key visual concept (a description, not a finished asset)

A frame split into two halves. Left: a raw scanner alert — red, dense text, chaotic layout, a "?" mark next to every entry. Right: an ordered Board Pack — white/graphite with a single phosphor-green accent, a visible sha256 seal and timestamp, one "✓" next to a closed item. An evidence arrow connects the two halves, captioned "claim ≤ proof". A neutral, corporate palette — no symbolism from the research layer (tesseract, kernel, civilization). This is material for a designer/agency to produce — a description of the concept, not a finished graphic file.

2. Node / channel map — cover every one

The channels below are a placement plan, not confirmed presence at each of them — the confirmation status is marked separately per row. The tone everywhere is identical: technical advocacy, not a whisper campaign.

RegionNodes / channelsFormatPlacement status
EU LinkedIn (technical advocacy PL/DE/NL), local OWASP chapters, industry conferences (e.g. CONFidence, it-sa, Infosecurity Europe), trade media (security/compliance), reviewer program. Expert post with disclosed affiliation, talk/lightning talk, guest article. calendar to be confirmed
US LinkedIn, the RSA Conference / Black Hat / DEF CON community, AI-safety forums, Product Hunt, Hacker News (organic submission, no paid amplification). Product-launch post, technical thread (RFC-style), Show HN / Product Hunt listing. indicative windows, presence unconfirmed
AU / APAC AISA (Australian Information Security Association), local CISO roundtables, APAC regional conferences. Roundtable substantive participation, regional webinar. to be confirmed
Global online X / LinkedIn (global thread), GitHub (MCP / dev-api-reference as technical evidence, not just a declaration), open webinar, "Evidence-First Orchestration" whitepaper, evidence-themed hackathon. Simultaneous publication, public repo as an evidentiary artifact, recorded webinar. ready for D0 publication

3. Synchronized timing — one day, every node

TIMELINE: D-7 teaserD0 launch (every node at once)D+7 amplificationsustain (monthly benchmark)
PhaseWhat happensWho publishes
D-7 — teaser Announcement without revealing full content; webinar sign-ups; a reminder of the regulatory window (AI Act Art. 50 / Annex III timeline after the Digital Omnibus, DORA/NIS2, SEC 8-K, the SOCI Act) as context — not a compliance promise. Owned channels (LinkedIn, X, community).
D0 — launch Simultaneous publication of the anchor tagline, key visual, whitepaper, and GitHub entry — every covered node within the same time window (one UTC date, local time communicated separately). Every node from the §2 table — per its placement status.
D+7 — amplification Publication of the first Founding Reviewer reviews, synthetic case studies, opening of the Evidence Challenge. Community Hub / reviewer program.
Sustain — monthly Recurring benchmark of open metrics (§5), with no daily campaign cadence — a steady cadence, not an escalation of frequency. GTM team, published at /gtm-viral.
The regulatory moment as a hook, not as a promise. The convergence of DORA/NIS2/AI Act (EU), SEC cyber disclosure (US), and the SOCI/Privacy Act (AU) within the same time window gives a shared vocabulary for communication — boards and regulators expect evidence, not just a declaration. This is campaign context, not an assurance that ipIII discharges a recipient's regulatory obligations on their behalf.

4. Parallelism mechanics — how to synchronize nodes

One message

A shared asset kit (tagline, key visual, whitepaper, one base exec-deck slide set) distributed to every node before D0 — with no local variants of meaning; only translation is permitted.

One day, one UTC hour

The D0 publication is planned around a shared UTC timestamp; local teams/volunteers publish in their time zone within a ±4h window around that mark, not spread out over weeks.

Consistent CTAs

Every node points to the same set of destinations: /pilot-intake (pilot submission), /global-launch (launch page), /exec-deck (decision-maker presentation) — no scattered, inconsistent destination links.

Distributed ownership, one calendar

Each region has a publication owner (a person/team), but the calendar and base content are shared — coordinated through one working document, not ad hoc per-channel arrangements.

5. Node metrics (targets, not forecasts)

The numbers below are operational targets for the D0–D+30 wave, adopted for reconciliation after the period ends — not a forecast of a guaranteed outcome, nor a commercial promise to any node.

4/4
Regions covered by the plan
EU/US/AU/global online — presence to be confirmed per node
10–50k
Total impressions (D0–D+30 target)
LinkedIn + X + webinars, indicative
15–30
Founding Circle reviewers (target)
not a guarantee of submission numbers
5–15
Pilot inquiries (target)
via /pilot-intake, not closed contracts
A range as a target, not a guarantee. Missing a target does not mean the plan failed — it is an assumed residual risk of the market and the calendar, not a contract on outcome. Actual numbers are reconciled after D+30, marked as achieved in the next /gtm-viral update.

6. Transparency principles

PrincipleWhat it means in practice
Disclosed cooperation Every publication by a reviewer, partner, or affiliate that carries a benefit (financial, product, or reputational) carries an explicit "cooperation/partnership" disclosure — in line with unfair commercial-practice rules (the Polish UOKiK regime) and FTC Endorsement Guides in the US jurisdiction. Zero hidden whisper marketing.
Technical advocacy, not a whisper campaign Expert content on LinkedIn/forums always carries a visible K0NSULT affiliation on its first appearance in a thread — not published as a supposedly independent, grassroots opinion.
Layer separation Corporate communication (this page and the envois cluster) is kept separate from the research/exploratory layer (Kernel 12 / ENVOIS / tesseract symbolism) — no cross-links within campaign content.
Case studies Example materials are explicitly labeled as synthetic unless they are a real, published client case with written consent — with no implication of reality absent such a label.

What this page does NOT mean

This is not a guarantee of reach or sales. The plan describes the mechanics, channels, and operational targets of the campaign. Results depend on execution, the market, and recipient decisions — K0NSULT does not assure a specific number of leads, reviewers, impressions, or media coverage on any of the covered nodes.
"One message" is one consistent concept, not a media buy. Covering a node in the §2 table means a presence plan and prepared material — not a confirmed, purchased advertising campaign or a guaranteed conference slot, unless separately marked as confirmed.
This is not legal advice on regulatory obligations. References to DORA/NIS2/AI Act/SEC/SOCI serve solely as communication context (a market hook). Assessing a specific organization's obligations requires review by a lawyer/DPO — the Legal Trigger Engine is decision-support, not legal advice.
Ethical and legal boundary. The reviewer program, the Evidence Challenge, and the hackathon operate exclusively on synthetic data, within the bounds of the written Rules of Engagement. The campaign does not include any security-testing activity against third parties without written consent.
